We ended up having to walk down to the Starbucks to use their WiFi and get on chat with Expedia. They said the booking didn’t register so they weren’t notified of it despite the fact that we paid. "The room and bed were comfortable. The neighbor felt safe. Shared bath and kitchen were tidied daily but spider webs in ceiling corners remained. Kitchen had basic cooking and eating utensils and dish soap to clean up after yourself. Bath had hand soap but you have to remember to bring your hand towel to dry your hands. Also, the front door needs some attention - I found it very difficult to lock each time on my way out. "
