"Reception staff were super friendly on arrival and surprised our children with a goody bag each. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed and sofa bed weren’t very comfortable but we only stayed for 1 night so didn’t spoil it too much for us. The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we left our bags with them to then continue our visit around London without having to carry our big bags. Overall, very happy with our stay."

"I stayed in this hotel for the week, and it was my first time in London, and I was also celebrating my birthday. Even though the hotel was not able to accommodate or upgrade my room, they surprised me with a sweet gift of a bottle of wine and sweets in my room with a Happy Birthday sign. I arrived early, and they were able to keep my luggage on hold while I roamed around the centre of London, and even after I departed, they kept an eye on my suitcase.
