"Good and not so good. Great central location for touring Derry with good food & local trad music in nearby pubs. Price is reasonable. We were a party of 4 adults and had 2 ‘deluxe’ twin rooms with shared kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped for continental breakfast. Both bathrooms are updated. Lots of hot water. Room comfort was only moderate. Mattress was soft, bedframe fabric was frayed at bottom edge toward floor and single window looking into a smokers’ courtyard was covered in bird...

"A solid place to stay. But perhaps too far from downtown for short stays. Contacts was mostly attentive except when my bedroom door would not lock. I stayed two days with a bedroom door that was not locked. So maybe not the most secure. These tenement style houses also feel very strange with other folks. Not the establishments fault. Just how the arrangement feels."

"Given a room with a stench of cigarettes. Thankfully I had it changed. Initial key given not working. Environment overgrown with grass. Surprisingly met instructions in the property that cooking was not allowed. Never saw that when booking. Cleanliness good though"
