The staff were awesome well trained and we saw why because the head ( hotel manager) and other managers were immaculate and made our stay superb during hurricane Melissa.

Given my trip was two weeks after the hurricane my experience was enjoyable although there were limitations to the all inclusive experience. There was only two restaurants to eat from so I had to spend money off the resort to get a tasty meal for all 10 members of my family. The staff were wonderful ...
