"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Even if you have to pay an extra £60–£100, I would strongly advise choosing a different hotel. Here are the reasons why: Upon entering our room, we noticed black mould and strands of hair in several places. The room did not smell fresh or clean. The bed and pillows also appeared unclean, with hairs visible on the bedding. The corridors leading to the room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpets looked dirty and poorly maintained. "The property was nice overall, pretty much a place to sleep, while you visit around the area. The staff was superb and super helpful, in every way possible. The negatives are that the TV would lose signal, hence no way of connecting to local and/or online. The hotel could use a bit of updating, but overall there is nothing really wrong with it. No complaints on the food or bar."
