"I gave it a one star rating only because whenever I checked in I got the key to a room someone was already in. It was 2 am and as a girl traveling alone, this was a very scary experience for me. I also want to follow that bad experience with a good experience, as the staff at the hotel were quick to refund me and go check the room they gave me, as they did not know there was someone already checked in there.
