This resort is absolutely gorgeous, The water is one of the bluest on the island. Everyone was extremely friendly. The only quip is that we had a mosquito in our room that bit my husband over and over again. I also wish there was some more nighttime entertainment. But this resort really makes you relax with the elegant atmosphere and pristine beach.

The Presidente was arguably the BEST experience I’ve had at any hotel/resort. We will be back and can’t recommend it enough. I’d personally suggest getting a room that opens to the beach, it’s so nice being able to walk ten yards out your door and directly into the ocean!

This was our second stay at the El Presidente and we will continue to stay there on any subsequent visits to Cozumel. We’ve stayed at all inclusive resorts on the island in the past, and they can’t compare. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive but worth every penny. There’s a reason the El Presidente is usually listed as one of the top resorts on the island!

I almost did not stay here because the Cancún Presidente so far below standard, but I am very I did and plan to make it an annual Father’s Day weekend trip with my girls. Room was luxurious and immaculate, every single staff member went above and beyond and were genuinely kind people and great with my daughters. This hotel is particularly family friendly. Spa/pool area/restaurants all top level. Thank you all and see you soon.
