"Expedia did a terrible job explaining the property. The parking prices were wrong. We asked for a room for three on their site and the room we were given was only built for two people. When we got to our room, there was a chair that was so disgusting with what looked like blood stains on it. I tried to bring it to the managers attention but she didn’t seem to care because she was more interested in talking to the man next to me in lines After this experience I am done with Sheraton and definitely done with Expedia if I don’t hear from anyone. Two million dollar companies that did nothing but blame each other while the guest had to pay for it."

"The room was very clean and guest ready. The beds were fairly comfortable. The elevator was broken and we had to carry bags up and down 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was horrible. The food tasted very bland. The rooms facing the freeway make for a very unrestful sleep as you listen to police sirens, semis, and cars driving fast down the freeway. For the price we paid, this was a decent hotel. We wouldn't stay here again if we visited Nashville, however, no matter the price."

"Property was great. Staff were truly helpful. Airport shuttle never showed so ended up Uber ring from the airport to the hotel. Desk clerk was very apologetic and offered a free drink selection from the food area. Food selection at restaurant was limited and not very good. I had food vouchers that didn’t even get used and I ordered DoorDash instead. Hotel is immediately off the runway of the airport so every plane that came and left flew right over the hotel. Not necessarily a problem unless you wanted to get some rest."

"We were very impressed with our 4 day stay at Drury in Nashville -Airport. We loved our 2 bedroom suite. One thing we also loved was the breakfast and evening food and beverages. This hotel also has an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub which we used several times. The staff was great and everything was very clean. We will be staying at Drury Hotels again!"

"The property was just so-so. Our room wasn't as clean as it could be. Dirt on the floors and in the cracks and corners. We had to ask for towels. Most of the staff appeared to be put off by simple requests, like towels. We won't be staying at this location again. Sorry"
