This was a rat hole with sticky floors broken walls and appliances. Very noisy. And staff handed me a credit card reader asking for a tip when I first went in. Safer and cleaner to sleep in car.
Nice floor in bedroom. Nice and roomy, but not clean. Bath tub was in terrible condition. Neither one of us took a shower. No face cloths to wash at sink. Would prefer not to stay there again.

The staff was friendly but didn’t have knowledge of our reservation they had to phone to find out if we had a reservation .
Coming 10 hours, this place was not what I expected. The AC wasn’t working. The worker kept kicking it saying it will work in 30 minutes. I don’t recommend this place for a family. For the amount, it’s best to book a room in Regina.
Terrible very filthy they showed us a basement that was terrible insulation all over no ceiling poor dirty beds no washroom it’s like it was a place for human trafficking stairs broken could fall through very disgusting. Please take this place off Expedia it’s absolutely disgusting. We left so disgusted very scary place dirty and pitiful.
When we got there, the coffee maker had old coffee grounds in it still. The microwave wasn’t cleaned out and our feet turned black from how dirty the floor was. They didn’t have a stopper for the bathtub and did not have wash clothes. It was nasty in there. It served its purpose for a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t go back. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Food wasn’t that great either. Quite obvious the waffles were Eggos.

This is a very dishonest business
The hotel charged us for our stay 2 days before we even arrived. When we arrived to book in to the hotel, we found that they had rented our room to someone else and then denied that we had even had a booking. We were able to show them, on their computer system, that this was untrue.
We talked to the owner on the phone and he blamed the booking website for the mix up. He told us we had to take it up with them even though it was the actual hotel that had charged us.
We talked to other guests and they told us that this hotel often double-books people and people are often left stranded with no place to stay.
This is a very shady business. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
I booked a stay online and was contacted by the hotel saying i needed to stay for 4 days to to the country thunder festival.
he double booked his room & tried to first blame staff for taking my money. then the previous owner for booking rooms prior to him taking over the company.
he asked me to be patient so he could try and make this right and find a room for my family. at this point i had asked for a refund and was very upset but thought i would give him the benefit of the doubt. he said he had a rental basement suite for me to stay in with 2 rooms and a separate entrance.
when i arrive i found a falling apart home, black mold, no flooring, ceiling falling out, wooden covered windows and mattress on the floor vehicles with out doors on the property i could go on and on.
He also mentioned that he would be having other ppl staying in this property with me. I didnt feel safe with my family.
the owner agreed to give me full refund but now is refusing and trying to blame his wrong doing on everyone but himself saying that i am not willing to wait for expedia to pay him less their commissions but never did he speak those words to me.
would never recommend this location to anyone. I have attached photos of what i thought i was getting and what he tried to give me.
