"A little pricy"

"The full breakfast and afternoon happy hour made our stay here truly wonderful. (Wayne in particular was a stand out during happy hour!) A memorable visit to Savannah and The Marshall House was a big part of the reason why we enjoyed it so much. We had a balcony room and it was a unique experience to climb out and rock on those chairs overlooking Broughton Street. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Nice bed and good breakfasts. However, hated the spray spigots in the shower, the BR window frame was rotting, and just did not like the Bathroom at all; the AC vents were grossly dirty/molded throughout. The downstairs lobby area was very nice but everything in it’s entirety needed a good cleaning.. I would not recommend it."

"Older property, like most properties in Savannah. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. The Live Oak Canopy room was nice. We had our own covered deck with pool view and the grand oak tree! It is pay parking , unless you’re lucky enough to get street parking."

"This may currently be my favorite luxury hotel. Its location in the Historic Center of Savannah is perfect. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. All the staff were super sweet and expert at being hospitable. They set the tone with an attentive but laid back charm that makes you feel welcome and soothed as soon as you check in. "The hotel and staff were very good and accommodating. Unfortunately the first night was very disruptive due to outside noise. The hotel is located downtown and the vehicle noise racing around the square with loud engine noise occurred until 4 am. While it’s not the hotels fault I won’t stay downtown Savannah again."

"The room was clean, the staffs were nice, the breakfast were very good, on Monday & Wednesday are happy hour between 5:40 to 7. It was very good. However, the parking was a little expensive $32 per night & we stayed for 4 nights. Overall we will come back & stay because the location was awesome & we walked everywhere & no uber needed."
