"For the price we paid the value was decent. Nothing too horrible to discuss in. The bed was actually quite comfortable. For those people who are very picky this is not the hotel for you. The hotel and rooms are very outdated although the lobby is nice. They definitely need to get new carpeting for sure, the carpeting felt like it had outlived its days. The staff was not rude, but nothing above and beyond. Again, I felt that I paid for what I got."

"It’s a very nice place! It was clean, very unique and beautiful. I didn’t realize some of the units were separate from the main building, so we had to walk a bit but there was a very kind staff member who had cleaned the room and offered to walk us there so we didn’t have to wander around looking. It was very quiet, clean, and spacious! We’d definitely come back!"

"Hello. I typically don’t really write reviews but this weekend wasn’t the best staying at Garnett. Moment I got there, I unpacked and found a baby roach by the bathroom sink. Baby roaches means a lot more are somewhere but I was busy and didn’t think to much of it until I found another larger roach when I got back to the room after a long day working. Bathroom tub wasn’t up to par. Landscapers cut the grass the first morning right by my window. I understand it needs to be done just inconvenient...

"Upon checking in, everything seemed ok for the price. That evening we come back to the room, ready to relax and put down the blankets only find something very nasty. I will hope it was a stain however, it looked pretty fresh and disgusting. My husband immediately went to the office and tried to explain was cut off by the man at the office. Said well do you want new bedding or something and had my husband to follow him.He gave him a set of sheets and walked away. This was handled unprofessional...

"Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. This place should not even be operating. There are cockroaches everywhere, extreme dirt and visible deterioration in every corner. It feels neglected, unsafe, and completely out of control. There is no staff available—no one to help, no one to respond. You are basically left alone in a place that feels dangerous and abandoned. "Have to wash own sheets if they get dirty, poor room set up can’t see tv from bed, floors extremely dirty our feet would be almost black from walking around barefoot. Staff was very nice, kitchenette worked and lots of cabinet space"
