"O hotel fez uma surpresa maravilhosa para a nossa filha nós colocando num quarto de frente para o parque. O que deixou nossa princesinha encantada em ficar praticamente dentro do parque. Amamos tudo na acomodação. Desde a gentileza de todos no checkin e checkout, bem como nas lojas dentro do Helios, então só temos elogios ao hotel. "Pontos positivos: destaque para o café da manhã americano completo e maravilhoso, pois são raros os hotéis que oferecem incluso na diária. Localização, equipe atenciosa, quarto amplo e confortável com opção de vc mesmo fazer seu café.
Ponto negativo: éramos em 5 pessoas e o sofá cama não estava arrumado, tivemos que solicitar as roupas de cama e toalha e nós mesmos arrumamos.
Solicitamos serviço de arrumação, pois ficamos por uma semana completa, e troca de toalhas e o responsável arrumava as...
