"Front desk is closed from 11 pm to 7 am, and there cards as stated when I checked in the first time get de magnetified very easily, so I got locked out one night and couldn’t get into my room until 7 am . Room was decent , but not in a very nice area of Orlando and had many homeless people and sketchy people all around the perimeter . "

"looks NOTHING the same as pictures shown. hallways look like Gotham city, beds were stained, air was thick, prostitution filled, keycards worked HALF the time, required a random $50 deposit, & I could go on for days. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person."

"We had gnats in our room and it smelled like weed so bad. I think maybe it was the people under us? I wish there were a hot tub on property and the splash pad area is lacking stuff for kids less than two years old and it was extremely cold. The rooms were overall clean though and very nice and spacious. "

"Very nice hotel overall! Room well equipped, clean, spacious. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff was amicable. Big enough parking, didn’t use the amenities. We were very satisfied with the whole experience, and would totally come back."
