"The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so very friendly. The prices basically reflect the property maintenance. The building is very outdated. Yeah it is clean and has no bug so we didn't complain too much. He definitely could be cleaner as there are a lot of wear and tear and proof of how old and in need an update is. The air conditioning was terrible. The hallways were way colder than the room we woke up sweaty. It is conveniently located. The hot tub is still in so the pool even though...

"The hotel was not clean, and there was a small roach inside the toilet. The blankets had an unpleasant smell, and the reception staff made me pay a $50 cash deposit. When I went to collect my deposit the next day at 6:45 am, the hotel was closed, and I was unable to retrieve it. ."

"arrived at 4 am for a late checkin after a long drive expecting to shower and rest. not only was i unable to do that, the late check in was done with security which i understood, he said i had to wait until the office opened at 7 am which I did, i asked for a room swap which i was informed all rooms was sold out, that i would have to wait for house keeping but never specified a time, i even asked for fresh linen and blanket to do that part myself, she said again i had to wait for house keeping....
