"It’s in a great location but the first 10 floors are a parking garage that doesn’t belong to them. The lobby is on the 18th floor but you have to get through the hostess for the bar first. "

"The staff is amazing!!! The woman at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful in getting us checked in as early as possible. Also, the man at the bar (who has worked there forever) is so bomb!!! He’s always so pleasant and the food is always excellent! "

"Stayed here recently and overall it was a decent experience for the price—great value if you’re mainly using the hotel as a base for theme parks. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The room felt spacious, the AC was nice and cold (a big plus in Florida heat!), and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was decent—basic continental stuff like cereal, pastries, and coffee, but it did the job and was included. On the downside, the shower curtain...

"Room, sheets, aircon reeked of cigarets curtains falling off windows, no soap, towels were damp, place was generally horrible. Everything was broken, room was filthy. But if it’s the only room you can get it’ll work. It’s like a legit prostitution motel from the 70’s so that is kind of a vibe"

"The hotel was under renovations so it wasn’t as clean as it could be. In our room, the AC was very loud, and you could see where the renovations were not completed. Breakfast area and front lounge area was nice and clean. We may try again after renovations are complete."
