"Front desk is closed from 11 pm to 7 am, and there cards as stated when I checked in the first time get de magnetified very easily, so I got locked out one night and couldn’t get into my room until 7 am . Room was decent , but not in a very nice area of Orlando and had many homeless people and sketchy people all around the perimeter . "

"Our 2nd stay at this property and it still remains as one of the best hotels we have stayed in.The staff are friendly,polite & professional.The free morning breakfast more than adequate to start the day.Great to have a pool as well. Also hats off to the maintenance department who fixed the air conditioning unit 25 minutes after we reported it.
Recommended once again,keep up the good work."
