"I would love to leave the highest review as the property is beautiful and the customer service is good; however, I am disappointed that they automatically charge guests for the $6 bottled water whether you drink it or not."

"The cold water in the shower did not work at all, so showers were nearly scalding. The shower looked like it was from a frat house, very unclean looking. There was no conditioner in the shower. The shower gel ran out after just two nights(I suppose our fault because we declined room service?). I don't normally stay at hiltons, and I remember why now"

"They had very clean rooms, changed the sheets everyday, and friendly environment. Although I would like a greater range of breakfast choices. I was expecting scrambled eggs, waffles, and pancakes. But the bagels were delicious."

"Cleans rooms, helpful staff and really close to Universal. Only one shuttle time in the morning and at 530 pm for Iniversal, so not a great shuttle service if you’re looking for that. Uber rides are ~$10 to city walk and ~$20 to Universal Epic. Would definitely stay again for visiting Universal."

"The hotel looked pretty run down and needs an update. It smelled of mildew. I found hair in the shower along with bar soap residue which made me question how clean the rest of the room was. There are no towel holders in bathroom so I had to lay down my towel and felt the surfaces were just dirty. I would not stay here again. It felt similar to a motel 6 but inside a building."
