"Location was great, breakfast was fresh and delicious and variety, but what made our stay was the EXCEPTIONAL service from the staff. Incredibly kind, incredibly accommodating and just thank you to the staff for going above and beyond when my son got sick. This stay here made our Telluride ski vacation; we are so grateful to the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies and breakfast ladies , thank you kindly . Great stay, huge room, and great view . "

"I was very happy with this property. It was the perfect property for what we needed during our travels. I loved that the check in process was all electronic and that our room number and code was sent to us via text. We arrived late in the evening so this was very convenient for us. The room was clean and comfortable. "

"Loud refrigerator and lopsided bed made this one of the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Pics on website don’t really show how small the rooms actually are. Just enough room to walk around bed and then a small bathroom area. Was sent a bill for an additional $80 after website said I had paid in full and then charged $100 instead for a room hold. Minimally responsive staff. "
