"L'accoglienza è stata un disastro.Ci hanno consegnato la chiave in una struttura vicino alla casa e non è venuto nessuno con noi a dare le indicazione di nulla sulla gestione di essa. Arrivato li, non riuscivamo ad accendere la Caldaia e c'era molto freddo. Nessuno rispondeva al telefono per darci indicazione o aiutare.
