"The location is great but I was not impressed as in previous years. The parking lot is small due to construction and they charge for parking. Whole checking in the staff provided zero information about amenities, breakfast or anything else. The pool had a large amount of unsupervised children and stunk. Our room only had bedding for 4, even through we booked 6 and was very dingy. I don’t think we will return."

"Staff was great. Room was not cleaned very well. Dusty and smelled of wet rags. Ice bucket had a smelly, moldy something in it that was stinking up the room. Put it in the hallway and took 2 days before it was picked up and cleaned. Tv also did not work."

"벨뷰에서 2박 동안 머물렀는데 전반적으로 매우 만족했습니다. 객실이 깨끗하고 관리 상태가 좋았으며 침대도 편안해서 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 체크인과 체크아웃이 모두 편리했습니다. 조식도 깔끔하게 준비되어 있었고, 커피를 포함한 기본적인 메뉴가 잘 갖춰져 있어 아침을 간단히 해결하기 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋아서 벨뷰 시내와 주변 쇼핑, 식당, 공원 등을 방문하기에 편리했습니다. 특히 숙소 전체가 조용하고 안전한 분위기여서 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 다음에 벨뷰를 방문하게 된다면 다시 이용할 의향이 있습니다. 추천합니다."
