"Wonderful room and staff. Only complaint was hohum breakfast offerings at high prices. I have no problem spending $ on excellent quality meals. But fresh Fruit and granola bowl had dried fruit in it which was an unpleasant surprise. Staff said others had also complained about it to no avail. No discernible lemon flavour in “lemon ricotta pancakes” and the ricotta was served on the side of the very ordinary pancakes. "

"The hotel had little "clever" unique signs all over the place that made you feel that someone cared about the hotel.... The room was surprisingly clean and the bed was very very comfortable.....the free coffee in the lobby was very good. And I was able to utilize the small "business center" desk to complete some work in the lobby area....the only drawback was the lack of a strong reliable wifi ."

The key word difference was “Signature” and even showing him my reservation didn’t make a difference. Cost me another 1/2 hour wait."

"First time in Canada and first person we met at reception not particularly welcoming, rigidity and robotic. Bed very comfortable. Window coverings torn and tired. Marks on walls. Shower lose. Breakfast unbelievably poor advised day before that breakfast limited due to renovation. Help yourself limited in room 218 with 4 tables and basic choice - not sure what we paid for as it was poor quality and self service. With limited seating. Morning receptionist lovely and helpful

"Friendly staff. Free Airport shuttle was convenient. Driver came quickly after a phone call at the airport exit. Check-in was quick. Clean room and comfortable beds. Microwave is in a common area but not inside the room. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order when we were there. Great location for food and shopping. Sky train is across the street for a downtown trip. There is a walking path by the river. Great hotel over all."

"Very clean hotel. Check in was easy and our room was clean. Great location close to the airport, and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go during our stay. The breakfast was ok. The waffle machine isn’t well kept and the batter was sticking horribly and then the next day they took it away which disappointed my kids. The coffee was good tho and it was available in the lobby all day! Would stay here again."
