"Breakfast closed at 9.00am, get there at 9.02 and you’ll find a locked door and unfriendly person telling you to go away we’re closed, could t even get anything to go like a yogurt or a glass of OJ. Yes we thought they shut at 10 but a bit of an early closing and an unfriendly attitude spoiled what was great service in check in and a great large clean comfy room"

"Lisa at the front desk was super helpful and nice! She told us about all kinds of things in the area. The room was clean, smelled good and cozy. The breakfast was very good too!"

"Stayed in room 301, near the stairs. The hall way stunk near the room. Found out from the staff, they had a roof leak and it got the carpet wet. They've been cleaning it, but still smells. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, but had the following issues, which I didn't report to the staff. -Bathtub slippery, no grip texture. -Loose tub faucet handle. -Tub faucet has a constant drip. -Shower head pipe cover isn't secure and doesn't cover the hole in the wall. -Toilet paper holder is loose, missing a screw to hold it in the wall. -Light switch cover isn't flush against the wall going into the sink area. -Noisy room, a/c and outside road noise. -TV remote would only turn the volume down to 6 and no lower."

"The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. They acted like they didn't want to be there. Never smiled or greeted us. Breakfast was just okay. Taste was just ok."

"WARNING: This hotel is under transition from what appears to be either an extended stay hotel or halfway house to a (possibly) functioning hotel. There are only a few rooms that weren't occupied with long term residents or under renovations. The lobby is NOT functioning with no signs directing guests to where they can check in, so I wandered over to the other hotel's lobby. The hotel overall looks very rough! The desk was not attended and no one arrived within a reasonable time frame after the door buzzer announced my arrival. I had to call for assistance. While I was checked in, the staff member was not friendly or helpful. When I got up to my room on the third floor with my luggage, the key cards did not work! Even after they finish renovations, I probably won't stay there again. This stay was so far from the standard I've come to accept from a Hotels.com stay."

"My stay here was absolutely awful. I specifically requested a first-floor room when making my reservation, but upon arrival I was placed on the third floor. I was told there were no first-floor rooms available, despite the parking lot being nearly empty. During my five-day stay (Monday through Friday), I received no housekeeping or room service at all. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room did not work properly the entire time, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, on the final day, the TV stopped working completely due to what appeared to be a cable or internet outage—so no television either. For the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. The breakfast was also very disappointing—exact same low-quality options every day: turkey patties, artificial eggs, and waffles. Overall, this was not even close to a good hotel experience. There are far better places to stay. I would not return."

"We didn't eat breakfast there because everything was dirty.The room had brown stuff all over the walls and it wasn't stained. The bathroom was clogged with hair. If you like, I have pictures, it was absolutely disgusting."
