"Absolutely fabulous if you're looking for a retreat in the country side. Access to Bovey Castle amenities is a nice feature. Enjoyed air rifle shooting range and hawking experience. Cottage is charming and local pub is a very short walk. Driving to the cottage on narrow windy roads is a little challenging but totally worth it!!!"

"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. "Absolutely lovely. The accommodation is excellent - a superior barn conversion. Really fabulous on a working farm. Hen Curtis was very friendly as well as her dogs Fido (retired sheep dog) Jumble mixed Labby/Poodle, Pinto young sheep dog. All love a good bit of stroking (not Hen!!!!). Relaxing place to be with great walks on and around the farm. Not to be missed."
