"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"Beautiful setting right on the river. We enjoyed our balcony and view of the river through a pretty stand of trees. You can purchase food on site. Be prepared to pay for parking, though."

It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. "

The staff was friendly and professional throughout, but they seemed stretched very thin due to understaffing. With more support for the team and clearer upfront pricing, the experience would have been much better. Besides the major parking issue, this is a beautiful hotel in a great location."

"My stay at the KEX hotel was phenomenal, at first i wasn’t expecting the rr to be a shared bathroom on every floor but it wasn’t an issue at all. Staff was very helpful in many areas. There are many cool things this stay had to offer such as complimentary coffee and tea, a snazzy photobooth and even a restaurant within, truly had an amazing stay!"
