"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"Beautiful setting right on the river. We enjoyed our balcony and view of the river through a pretty stand of trees. You can purchase food on site. Be prepared to pay for parking, though."

"The hotel is an older building in need of being upgraded. The pool looked nice but the top from water line had enough scum on it for someone to be able to scratch in a message in it. Carpets were loose in areas and the bathroom door was difficult to open and close. Had a bit of an odd smell. The best part were the staff very kind and engaging."

It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. "

"The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."

Claudio parked and retrieved our car and was helpful with local advice. He set the good tone for all that followed during our stay. The front desk was friendly and flexible and dealt with my needs before and after my hernia repair surgery, making sure my linen was freshly changed on the day I left the hospital and returned to...
