"We stayed in the purple zone..The few staff members were friendly and helpful.. mostly run by AI... i stayed at this hotel years ago...it was beautiful then...Now...not so much.. In our room...the bathroom needs attention..the ceiling over the shower was badly peeling.away.. Im 5 feet tall, and the toilet was low for me. It was like using a toddlers pottie. The phone was nasty looking. didnt want to touch it to call for room service.. I examined the bed..it was clean and comfortable but the sheets need some bleach ..i had family in other zones of the hotel, their rooms werent to die for either...will not ever stay there again...Drinking alot will make your stay tollerable"

"While the room was excellent, the bath shower was ridiculous. Virtually no water pressure. Impossible to properly wash and rinse. The shower head had three settings including a pulse setting. None of the settings provided sufficient water. Disappointing. Terrible. Largely unforgivable. Our next stay will be another property."

"Located on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip, the location is really convenient. The property is clean and quiet, which made the stay very comfortable. Parking in the garage and walking over can be a bit inconvenient, but it’s not a major issue. The on-site store is quite expensive, so it’s definitely better to prepare any essentials in advance before your stay."
