"After our arrival we chose to go stay elsewhere. The place was filthy, graffiti on the outside of the front door. Upon entry to the lobby it was dark, dirty and stinky trash cans inside. There wasn’t any staff. The location would have been great if we felt comfortable but we didnt so we left and stayed at the hard rock hotel in Madrid. "You never see any staff, especially as a tourist to ask questions and get recommendations. Only saw a maid once. They said they'd welcome us 4-7 pm but there was never anyone around. Both goid and bad. Theyre in a perfect location, but not very tourist friendly."
