"The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff.
