"A lovely historic hotel (but very modernized!) right smack in downtown Montrose. Our room was huge, as was the bathroom (really nice shower!). Everything was super clean and had an elegant quality. Location was superb, with several dining options within easy walking distance. "When we arrived the toilet would not flush without pushing on the float inside the tank. There was no water in the tank. After it filled it would flush. This happened 3 more times while we were there. The window was open on one side & the screen was broken. There was a black stain on one of the sheets. The ice maker was not working. The breakfast had very little to offer. No fruit or juice at all."
