"I happen to be disabled, using a rollator/medical transport to walk, or be pushed by my husband. There are NO ELEVATORS! They had no rooms available on the ground floor. So I could not stay there. The front desk staff was very helpful finding a different hotel."
"I loved having a room with an outdoor space, and it's wonderful that this hotel is completely pet-friendly. When my dog was afraid to go on the elevator, Adam at the front desk helpfully moved me to a first-floor room. The hotel has its own private beach access, and the pool area is very nice, with plenty of options for kids and adults. I forgot my beach chair, but they work with a vendor that provides beach chairs and umbrellas and lets you charge them to your room, so you don't have to carry cash or your wallet to the beach. My one minor complaint is that the ceiling fans need to be cleaned regularly. In both rooms I stayed in, they were caked in dust, but it was nice to have a ceiling fan to keep the air moving."
"Fridge didn’t stay cold had to wait for towels didn’t get much sleep cause of the noise above me all night long housekeeping was great and so was the breakfast"
"The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. We reserved 2 rooms for our party of 4, thinking they would be next to each other but that was not the case. One room only had 1 chair with a small table. The other room had 2. A stairway down to the beach would definitely better serve the elderly and out of shape guests. That hill was a hard climb. We had a good time despite a few hiccups but I think we will rent a house next visit."
