"The Delaney Hotel's in a great location for going to downtown Orlando, as well as the Inter & Co, and Camping World stadiums. It's small and nicely decorated, with an intimate feel. It has 3 floors, and 2 elevators. Lovely outdoor seating area with large umbrellas, (lit up at night-time with twinkling lights!) and easy access to the bar/restaurant from outside! We ate breakfast and dinner in "Delaney's Tavern", on one occasion, and thoroughly enjoyed our food, which was fresh and delicious!...

"Staff and amenities provided were great, biggest drawbacks were the bass coming from the pool lounge throughout most of the day and being woken up by doors slamming in the middle of the night. Dinner and Breakfast were great but there were items missing from our breakfast order (ordered room service)."

"For what I needed it, it was great. I just needed a place to sleep since it was work related. The only issue was, there was not hot water but staff was extremely helpful and offered me a full refund but I declined it and stayed. Overall, good!"

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property were far below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and several areas of the hotel appeared neglected and poorly maintained. Basic standards of cleanliness and upkeep are essential for a comfortable guest experience, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet those standards. I hope management takes immediate actions to improve housekeeping practices and...

"PROs: -Clean room. -Fast check in. Early check in $30! -Comfortable room. Bed was great. -Decent price. Free parking. -Away from the craziness of the tourist areas. CONs: -Property in general needs attention (the hotel appeared abandoned at first glance) -Undisclosed $50 deposit was a surprise at check-in (was returned back to my card upon checkout) -Checkin staff was cold. He appeared like he could not care less if I was there or not."
