We were satisfied with the receptionists, who were on duty 7/24 and helped a lot (public transport, venice tax, getting back to airport etc.). The hotel is 5-min-walk to a tram which takes you to Venice within 30min I mainly recommend the place for those, who prefers sightseeing and not that sitting in a hotel all day type. "
