"Great location -- the check in process was confusing. Since there is no lobby there needs to be better communication of how it all works before. I was unable to open the link to the pre-registration and asked for help but didn't get a response. Ended up ok and enjoyed staying there"

"Our room was very large, modern, and clean. There’s a great elevator, so no stairs to climb. It’s on a quiet street with no noise at all. We had no need for a hotel restaurant, bar, gym, etc because we were out exploring Milan. If you really want those things, a traditional hotel is great. But if not, this is a much better alternative. The staff was great and we’ll definitely stay here again when in Milan."

"Cute room, bed and a small eating table, no sitting area was odd? It was clean and super well positioned. Be careful however, one of the biggest night spots in Milan is directly under this apartment and it rocks it out until about 2 am on weekends. Huge crowds however they do not cause accessibility issues to the flat. Good for a short stay."

"Excellent location 5 minutes from Duomo, La Scala and dozens of restaurants. 20 minutes flat walk to railway station for trains to Lake Como. Lovely spacious modern apartment with everything you need. Our apartment in this block is on a main road and VERY noisy with traffic and trams. The windows keep no sound out. Aircon didn’t work. Luckily the outside temperature was only 23c which was bearable."
