"The room was very small and had few outlets, no hooks/ closet to hang clothing, 1 bar of soap for 2 people to share in the shower then use for hand soap. We had no hair dryer . There was only one chair in the room for 2 people. We asked for wifi and didn’t get help until the next day. The pool was cold and the jacuzzi didn’t work. The only place in the entire hotel to sit and play cards at a table is at the pool and you can’t even drink bottled water in there. The only plus I can think of is the woman at the front desk. Also, the bed was comfortable ."
"This hotel has seen better days. The walks, carpet, etc. are significantly ẅorn. Property overall looks quite shabby but relatively clean. WIFI was down but no one told us when we checked in. It would have been a game changer for us. No hair dryer in room."
"The hotel stay was overall about a 2–3 out of 5 for us, and unfortunately I would not recommend it. We were in town for a baseball tournament and specifically chose a room with a kitchen so we could cook reliable meals for our player instead of constantly eating out. However, the kitchen was basically unusable because there were no cooking supplies provided — no cookware, plates, cups, or silverware.
The biggest issue was the stairwell area. Trash was overflowing from the garbage cans and piled all around them, creating a horrible smell — honestly like walking through a dumpster. It appeared the trash had been sitting there for quite some time, and with how bad it was, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were maggots around the area as well.
Overall, the cleanliness and lack of basic accommodations made the stay very disappointing, especially for families traveling for sports tournaments who rely on the amenities advertised when booking."
"Place was fine. Some odd minor things, garbage hadn't been emptied from previous guest and a spider in the room. Room was fine, hotel is pretty new so condition is good."
