"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The onsen was relaxing and the food delicious. The rooms were spacious with a great view and the staff was very helpful. Only snag might be due to translation errors, where when booking it seems as though you are booked for a dinner, but it doesn't actually reserve the meal. Would suggest anyone going here call hotel in advance to make sure they have sinner reservations set up."
"The room was amazing! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our experience here! Wish we would’ve booked for 2 nights. One night was not enough! Would recommend this ryokan! "
"Onsen was awesome! Hotel provided bathrobes and slippers (along with instructions), which could also be worn to breakfast the next day. Free cookies in the lobby"
"Overall the place was quite clean but could do with a good dusting and robot vacuum on the tatami.
Very quiet. Bathrooms and showers clean. Rooms cozy."
"The hotel is close to the Ropeway and Pirate ship, as well as a mainbus station and so perfect for getting around. I had a huge room with a great view of the lake. The public bath was also great. Yes, its outdated and there's a strange smell, but dont let that put you off, you will have a great time here."
