"This location has so much potential. The hotel staff was great and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was great every morning. The location had you literally within a 30 minute drive from most attractions. However, when you needed anything for your room, you were not able to get anything restocked, and I mean anything. We booked our stay from Tuesday until Friday, and in order for us to receive clean towels and wash clothes, they literally had to move us into another room! We get into the new room, and there were no washcloths. So the move was pointless. The hotel seems to not have enough towels, wash clothes, or linens; for the amount of guests, staying at the hotel. It’s either this, or they are understaffed and cannot keep up with the demand. Either way, that was a first for me. I’ve never had to move to a new room just to get clean towels. So we basically just limited what we did, like avoiding the pool. Which means we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities offered by the hotel. Lastly, they will not clean your room upon request. We asked that our room be cleaned, and after being at Six Flags all day, we returned to a unclean room with nothing restocked and this is when we also learned about, the hotel being out of everything. So like I said a lot of potential, but there are certainly areas of improvement. If you’ve ever stayed at an Embassy Hotel, this is not typical. Somehow we still enjoyed our stay, but won’t be staying at this location in the future. "

"The only problem that I had was that the bathroom there’s no room for me to put my toiletry stuff in the water was turned off until about 11 AM and I wake up kinda early so I had to go downstairs to use the restroom."

"Quick trip to downtown Dallas and this place was amazing. Great staff, easy entrance, quick access to parking garage and excellent amenities. Gym was awesome and large. "

"Upon check-in, the arrival staff in the night was very nice in the morning during the day the female at the front desk was not very helpful and not very interested in helping my bathroom when I walked in had hair from a previous guest. I had to spend about an hour cleaning the shower myself before we could even use it. It was a lot of areas of dirt and you can tell the property was not maintain like the vents were very dirty and didn’t seem renovated. The staff in the morning at breakfast were very pleasant."

"The location was really the only bummer about this hotel. As I single woman, i was advised it probably wasn't safe to walk into downtown, so spent extra $$ to shuttle into town and trek around. Otherwise, the staff was exceptional and the decor fun and funcky."

"Wanted to check in early so I called a month in advance and was told to call back the day before the booking, I called the day before the booking and was put onto hold for 20 minutes and then somebody hanged on me twice in a row, decided to call IHG to figure out what is happening and the hotel hanged up on them, got to the hotel super early and saw people check in early then coming back to say the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned, I also saw one of the receptionist put people calling on hold just to talk to his co workers and friends, the elevator is loud so if your room is next to the elevator good luck sleeping, last thing during near midnight they just let some random guy sleep on the couches in the lobby and food split all over the floor while staff did nothing"
