"I really can’t fault the place. It is rated 1 star, so I didn’t have much expectation, but it actually exceeded my expectations. Checking in at 2am wasn’t an issue, moving our luggage into a new room while we were out wasn’t a problem, and they even let us leave our luggage after check out so we could explore the city freely. The location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk from the main bus and train station. The room was clean, good shower, comfy beds and pillows, good AC, very helpful...

The hotel is quite old with older rooms, but well maintained. Their pool is the highlight of the property. "Very clean room and lovely staff. Breakfast on the terrace was exquisite and we felt extremely looked after. The location is very remote but felt very peaceful and serene. There is no AC in this property and whilst there is fans in the room in 35 degree heat, the room was still quite warm."

"We were placed in a room that smelled like marijuana. We were transferred to another room but that room smelled like dog pee. They were nice enough to transfer us to different rooms but it was stressful to pack and unpack our luggage to make the move instead of being relaxed while on vacation."
