"The staff was very nice and welcoming it was the room the first room we had didnt smell good at all but they gave us another room asap. Their was a roach in the room and the toilet didnt flush properly and the sink was draining very slowly. Other than that it was okay "

My only problem was the housekeeping staff woke me up at 7 or 8am on checkout day, They came in twice, then called twice and then came in one more time. That part was weird and aggravating, but the rest of the visit was amazing. Hopefully they figure out the housekeeping issue. I recommend this hotel. "

"The room was very updated and very clean. Only had to wait moments for an elevator. Very quiet in the room. It is near the airport though. The complimentary breakfast was okay. Friendly staff."

This hotel is in a lovely area definitely recommend the Arysley area of Charlotte as it is the right level of quiet and city in the outskirts of the meca of Charlotte and excitement that it is! We loved the room, the ammenities and the staff were knowledgable and quick to help! The breakfast crew were welcoming as well! We will not eat the hot breakfast next time around even though the waitstaff were above excellent and wonderful, the ingredients Hilton...
