"Great Place to Stay"

"Good staff, very helpful !!"

"Property was great but please note that it was not accessible if a person can’t walk up a few steps. My Mom uses a walker so was a little challenging. Breakfast was fine and lobby was cozy. Staff was very friendly."

"Staff was helpful and nice. We had no paper towels when we entered our room but were able to get some at the front desk."

"The day staff was very helpful with questions about where to eat. The night staff not so much. The vending machine kept charging me for a soda and then when it was time to dispense, the machine would say unable to dispense. It did at least refund my money. All they kept saying was "Are you following the instructions?" There is no pool. The photos show there being a pool. The amenities say there is a pool. The hallways were filthy; they were not vacuumed. The rooms were clean however; dust...

"It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware...

"Clean and convenient location. Beautiful property. Amazing beach access."

"room was cold. thermostat didn’t work. Other than that, was very enjoyable weekend."

"It was clean and cozy"

"Hotel is very busy with airport overnighters so there is a lack of personal attention, cleanliness, and overall appearance. I reserved a handicap walk in shower with a sofa bed, as all beds are too high for my 84 year old mother to get into. Our room didn’t have the sofa bed so I went to the lobby again pushing a wheelchair, a suitcase, and carrying a walker, only to be told walk in shower rooms don’t have sofa beds. The man ordered a roll away bed for us. Two hours later still no roll away. ...

"They no longer offer airport shuttle but werehappy to pay and order me a UBER since we booked our room before shuttle service ended."
