"The morning staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the desk helped me find an ice machine. A nice gentleman and I chatted about my love for the cinnamon rolls you can only find at their hotels. And the breakfast attendant kept everything clean, and even packed up an extra cinnamon roll for us to take along. We left there ready for a good day."

"Parking lot is a bit small. Breakfasts are pretty good. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet provided plenty of excellent choices. While we missed having a refrigerator and microwave in our room, the overall experience was still highly positive."

"The room was clean, I was very happy. The showers were amazing. But when you're staying for 3 days a microwave would be really nice because a lot of food gets wasted. They did bring me refrigerator which was very nice for my energy drinks and diet sodas and water. But a microwave would be very very helpful. I had fish and chips down at the sports bar I couldn't finish it all. She said can I can wrap it up? I said no need because there's no microwave anywhere, and cold fish is no good."

"Floor and bathroom were not very clean with hair in shower and floors. Dresser between beds had a drawer that wouldn't stay shut. Also the mattress for the couch bed was terrible, not clean and nasty stains in it. Room also did not have enough towels or bedding. Definitely disappointed for the price we paid for the room. Didn't look like much pride was in it anymore."

"Easy check in. Very clean facility and room. Would stay again. Won’t beat what is offered for the price. Only negative would be to add a few more breakfast items."

"As a traveling nurse that visits the area regularly, I have found my new hotel. This is my second time here and everything is great just as the first. Clean, quiet, convenient, great breakfast selection, not Continental…real food! Staff is courteous and helpful. Not one complaint! 10/10 Best value in the area!!!"

"The elevator was out of service and our suite was only available on the third floor. We agreed to a regular room on the first floor with no offer of rebate. Generally speaking the cleanliness of the property was suspect. Twice cleaning supplies were left on our room and the bathroom floor smelled of foul mop water. We switched one night to a different hotel and had to get Expedia involved to get a refund from the hotel."

"Our room was definitely updated and clean. This motel/hotel appears to be under new management. The parking lot is full of potholes, and the breakfast room too small. The permanently manned reception kiosk is situated in the breakfast room and makes one wonder if someone is listening to your conversation. Having said all this, it is apparent that this establishment is slowly being improved. Henderson is in dire need of a decent hotel and I hope this one succeeds."
