"The room looked like something straight out of the ’80s. The bed frame appeared to be made from pieces of plywood, and the table had a similar makeshift look. The walls were dirty, and the single chair by the table was awkwardly positioned—we kept bumping into it.
There were also not enough outlets to conveniently charge our devices. The refrigerator looked like it had been picked up from a thrift store, and honestly, most of the furniture and fixtures in the room gave the same...

"Loved the double room suite. It was like a little home away from home,had a great view of the runway.
Great option for breakfast with hot meal and omelet station.
There were opportunities:
Room: the sink in the small kitchen area was plugged so could barely use
Dining room: there was no sense of urgency to clean up. There was a broken plate on the floor and people walking on or around it. Had to tell the staff to have someone one clean it up as it was an obvious health and safety hazard
