"Nice view of the beach. Good stay for the money. "

"The room wasn’t cleaned very well, there was cereal, candy wrappers throughout the room and trash underneath the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The kitchen was clean certainly convenient. We would stay there again. Love the convenience of grocery store and restaurant in walking distance."

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

"Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. "

"Floor was extremely dirty like it hadn’t been mopped ever, I brought my own mop and vaccum thankfully and it took 4 buckets to mop to room because it was so dirty. I wouldn’t consider this a premium newly remodeled room because the only newness was counter tops and cabinets that’s it everything else appears to be original to building being built. Hot tub at pool was broken and putt put course has seen better days, greens were missing. "
