"Room was not clean nor ready when i got there. I also did not get a waterfront view. The property is huge with little directions on how to get anywhere. I also didnt feel welcomed. I would suggest peoplw"

"The location to the beach was perfect- just be prepared to pay for umbrella and beach chairs, and you are not able to bring alcohol to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, a little market and shops within walking distance. We utilized the free transit system to get into the village and access to other public beach areas. The rooms were very nice, clean and efficient. The unit came with a full full size refrigerator and microwave. The pool was also very nice."

"This was a very nice property with quite a bit in walking distance. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were a nice size and washer and dryer a plus! The pool and grill area were great as well. The only downside is that there is not a typical front desk and assistance readily available."

"Pretty Location, Horrible Room/Upkeep"

"Caution… when I booked this hotel on Expedia it did not disclose that the property is under construction! I booked and paid for a balcony room but upon arrival was told that they did not have a room with an accessible balcony. They refused to put me in a room with a functional balcony (and the hotel was definitely not full). They told me that I have a balcony room, however that consisted of a door that was boarded shut and could not be opened with red tape all over the glass. I was also told...

"This was our 3rd or 4th time at Sunset Vistas. Sadly, it will be our last time. These rooms are "dated" to put it mildly. Mold around the bathtubs. We told the front desk person. She just shrugged and said, "The rooms are scheduled for an update." They wouldn't clean up the mold nor would they change our room. Not enough room around the pool... very congested. Drinks are waaaayyyy too expensive at their bar. In short, there are better options than Sunset Vistas."

"Very clean and comfortable! Enjoyed the restaurant and the pool and the food was delicious and staff was friendly. Also walked from the Hard Rock to the hotel and it was a very pleasant walk so there are close options for activities. "
