"The Guesthouse check-in was frustrating to say the least. We didnt recieve our digital roomkey until 7:42pm nearly 5 hours after check in time. By then we had to find another property where we could pick up room card keys. It was very stressful as there is no where to store luggage before check in. Three days after checking out and the Guesthouse is still trying to get us to pay for a digital card that we never even used once. Im incredibly disappointed. "

"The Polderhuis Bed & Breakfast exceeds expectations in every regard. The property is very stately and well kept in a great location across from a park. The owner and family members were very friendly and provided great service. Our room was very clean, large and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, featuring simple and tasty local foods. Our 3 day stay here will be one of the highlights of our 2 week visit to the Netherlands!"

"The room was a bit more basic and bathroom less modern than other Van der Valk hotels but was well located for my husband to do a “Z” Parkrun! Added bonus was the inclusion of entry to the bird park the hotel is next to - we really enjoyed our visit there in the morning!"

"RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!"

"The rooms were nice and suited what I needed for a week stay. I liked the spacious, comfy coworking space, and didn’t mind getting « essentials «  from cupboard to refresh towels, tp, coffee pods etc. But. The whole digital experience was awful. Had a problem with a window that wouldn’t shut at night, and couldn’t sleep with all the noise, it took 12 hours and 1 chatbot, 2 humans to finally come and tell me it broken and just leave it shut. We had a fire alarm at 9am, again no one to tell us...
