"Delightfully charming boutique hotel, just 1 street back from the beach. Room was beautiful with gas fire, fantastic bathroom and bay window looking onto the gardens. Staff were great and went out of their way to help with any request (they even had a chauffeur drop off service for dinner at Pebble Beach) Full Breakfast cooked to order was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Romms are very small for &1,300 per day. Noise is unbearable. Large wedding party without advising the prospective guests. Noise from other rooms is loud. Very late check in. Ocean views are very far and small."

"Everything was really good. It’s a good location for someone who doesn’t want to stay right in the town. We were initially situated in a suite near the laundromat and it was very loud. Front desk was quick to offer us another room. Unfortunately, housekeeping missed us and for a hotel where we’re paying a resort/facility fee + parking fee, it was a little disappointing. "Amazing hotel!!! The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The only thing is that there is no A/C since the property is older so keep that in mind BUT they do have fans to give you if needed. But they were amazing, bed was comfy and great views"

"The property is very clean. The bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The breakfast was always well stocked and the breakfast area was clean and well attended to. The doors to the outside have a gap on the bottom that allows light and noise to come into the room. Adding a door seal could really help with that. We ended up having to use a pillow because the light was bright coming into our room. Overall it was a good stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I drove the coast of California from Paso Robles to stay here in Monterey. After a long day of driving, we were thrilled to enter the building and hear they have upgraded us to partial ocean view. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed a relaxing view before dinner.
