"Good location downtown and friendly staff but I was there 3 nights and never got house keeping despite my request for it and then on the day of checkout, they called the room to see if I was out so they could clean the room"

"My room was right next to the elevator, so it was really loud. And the hotel had a wedding on the upper floor above me, so you could hear that until about like 10 o’clock. So if you’re trying to go to bed early, that wouldn’t have been happening. And it was really awkward to have the pool and hot tub be on the other side of the dining/bar area because you had to walk around that in your bathing suit, which felt really awkward and embarrassing."

"Stayed at this hotel for one night. We were attending a concert at the Denny Sanford center. We checked in about 4:45 and started getting ready. We walked into our room and notice a brown nasty stain on the couch when you first walk it.. Further inspection of the room the floors look like they had not been vacuumed in who knows how long. There were legit visible crumbs between the two beds. We went on about our night got ready left for the concert about 6:45ish didn't get back from the concert...

"I liked the decorations and the atmosphere. The person who checked us in was very polite and inviting. The hotel at large and the room smelled good. I was awaken three separate time by dogs barking and had a difficult time falling back to sleep with the mini fridge making noises most of the night. The hand towel had blue toothpaste on it and our was white so it seemed as if they were not changed out. My daughter appreciated being able to grab a bite to eat at breakfast before her...

"**Long review ahead** We went to check in at our check in time (3:00), and could not check in due to them cleaning our room. We were told to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready to go (completely understandable). We came back in 30 minutes checked in, went up to our room and see it not cleaned and the housekeeping was JUST STARTING TO CLEAN OUR ROOM. When I went to go down for a different room, they told me to wait since they would be done soon. we waited 45 EXTRA MINUTES upon already...

"They cancelled my room the morning before due to "overbooking". It left me in a very difficult spot. the 3 stars are because I had to submit something. "
