"Overall a nice stay. Building is old and could use some updates. AC in room was loud so hard to sleep or talk to each other. Breakfast was the basic as any 7/8 hotel rating. The pool temp was nice. I was actually able to get in."

"Horrible Experience! First, the pool was closed for maintenance, but I did not see anyone working on the pool for the entire 3 days that we were there. There was construction happening in the hallway/lobby area big holes in the wall, pipes laying in the hallway. Dirty hallways. The Continental breakfast consisted of Cereal, Yogurt, Bagels, and Toast. No eggs, or protein of any sort. I booked for two nights from Friday - Sunday. On Saturday my key card stopped working. Came to find out that they had me checking out on Saturday so they stopped my card access. When I got back into my room housekeeping had been there and made one bed, threw away a bag of our clothes (was later pulled from trash and given back) and moved all of our personal items around in the bathroom. The only lighting was two lamps and both of them kept coming unplugged and falling out of the loose outlets. The carpets were sticky and dirty. Homeless were lingering and using drugs both in the front and behind the hotel. (I have small children, so this was disturbing)"

"Our stay at the highpoint hotel was amazing! The staff that greeted us at check in was so helpful and accommodating! The lobby and reception area was so immaculately clean as was our room! Spacious for us and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a reasonable $10 per person. All you care to eat! The hotel is very safe and secure too! We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend!"

"Very well maintained hotel. Very attentive and responsive staff. Nice pool area. We had a large group for a funeral in town and the staff was awesome un giving us a meeting room for an impromptu gathering on a Monday afternoon/evening. They went above and beyond for us."

"Was not too happy with the service after the concert Friday night. We were the first two people in there for about half an hour. ordered a pizza right away as we know it gets busy after a concert. 45 mins went by and we had to ask for our pizza our waitress said they had others made but not ours...we were first to order. So she went back and miraculously came back with an all meat pizza you could clearly see was just tossed on top of the pepperoni one and melted cheese on top quickly. It was horrible to say the least. Other than that we have never ever had bad service there. We may consider an alternative next time bar staff was not very helpful but to just the drinkers only."

"Beautiful, well thought out hotel. Our room was next to the mechanical room so it was very loud inside our room. They have no business putting paying guests in that room. I understand when you book through a third party site and receive a discounted hotel room, that you will be placed in less optimal rooms, such as a bad view, etc. But this was beyond the pale. I would never have stayed here had I know it would be in a noisy room next to the mechanical room. At checkout I was told the supervisor would be in at 3:00 PM and would call me. It has been 24 hours and crickets."

"I liked the decorations and the atmosphere. The person who checked us in was very polite and inviting. The hotel at large and the room smelled good. I was awaken three separate time by dogs barking and had a difficult time falling back to sleep with the mini fridge making noises most of the night. The hand towel had blue toothpaste on it and our was white so it seemed as if they were not changed out. My daughter appreciated being able to grab a bite to eat at breakfast before her tournament. I traveled with my 18 year old daughter. In the next question it asks but there is not option for this."
