"Beautiful resort on the beach. Staff were incredible! Helpful, friendly, welcoming, just amazing staff overall! Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The pools were beautiful. Only negative is this area of the ocean has a lot of seaweed and when the tide is out that’s all you have as it’s quite shallow there. The rooms are gorgeous but could be updated and maybe heated towel racks installed to help dry towels and swimsuits. Our towels never dried from one day to the next due to the humidity. Otherwise absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great shopping/eating area"

"Very luxurious beautiful hotel in Sanur. Walk 5 minute ro meeting point and take snorkeling boat to Nusa Penida. Lots of outside restaurants and shops on the streets."
