"Wonderful staff, room was exactly what we needed. Peaceful, great air con, clean, tea and coffee facilities and a hair-dryer!!!! The restaurant NaTa is part of the lodge and food was delicious. You can't get any closer to the beach and easy walking distance to Massimos, and plenty of other eateries, mini-marts, reliable moneychangers shopping options and spas.
Will certainly come again on our next visit."

"ALL the staff were amazing, so very friendly and always helpful. We were greeted each time we passed reception with huge smiles and friendly chatter. Eka, and Wisnu at reception and Bagus in the restaurant were awesome.
It was both our birthday during our stay and we received a beautiful birthday song and delicious cake.
Property needs to be renovated as it is tired and old."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an early check out and they provided a lite breakfast for us this was very helpful.
This is a big hotel so lots of guests and very busy. The position of the hotel is great. Very central to most things in Sanur"

"The hotel is big and is a bit dated. The family room was huge, plenty for 4. The location is far north end of Sanur beach - which is good for the port to islands, but otherwise a long way from main restaurant, bar & shopping areas. The air conditioning in the rooms smelt, and needs servicing. Breakfast buffet was good."
