"Positive: Breathtaking view, luxurious room and bathroom, very helpful and respectful staff, great fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna, close and easy access to park and lakes, Lotte malls, food court, cafes and restaurants.
Negative: Hardly any other than that our toilet seat cover didn't open automatically and the use of sauna is not complimentary.
Note: We didn't dine at the hotel because there were many dining options nearby."

"Overall, the staff were very kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. However, there were a few issues with the room that affected my stay. My bed was not made on one of the days, the shower overflowed on a couple of occasions, and the bidet worked inconsistently. While I appreciated the staff’s hospitality and efforts, the room maintenance and housekeeping could use some improvement."

"I really loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing! The free ramen was nice as well but it was after 9-10:30pm. Filters Water station was available all day, there was free washer (not the dryer) was I was able to hang it and dried quickly in the room. I traveled solo, so my room was a bit small, reminded me of a cruise cabin, but it had everything I needed. I brought a swimsuit for the spa, but no clothes were allowed. That was nice after a long 14 hour flight. The airport limousine bus stops...
