"Arrived for a 2 night start as had an event in Burton. The systems weren't working, so couldn't be checked in till almost 12 midnight. Drove from London and could not even put my leg up. On the day of checkout, the lift was not working. The staff at reception said "just take the stairs". We had suitcase ..."
